By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.
For the safety of our team we can only work if we are on a private driveway. No public car parks or working on the side of busy roads. Industrial Estate’s are acceptable. Staff car parks are acceptable with appropriate management permission.
PRICE, PAYMENT & VARIATIONS
Prices indicated are based on vehicles with an average soiling level, vehicles that are particularly dirty or require removal of excessive pet hair will be subject to additional charges.
Large vehicles, e.g Estates, MPVs, 4×4 etc, incur a higher price bracket, this is indicated by the ‘Large vehicle’ price. All prices are subject to final confirmation on inspection of ANY vehicle.
Travelling costs are included up to a 20 mile radius from our NR12 postcode. A surcharge may apply for out of area of operation. Please contact us if you are unsure weather your location is within our area.
A surcharge for removal of pet hair will apply. Minimum charge is £25, and will increase dependent on size of area to be cleaned.
Prices stated are subject to confirmation following inspection of the vehicle, and prior to commencing work.
We reserve the right to refuse to valet a vehicle following inspection.
Please give us as much prior notice as possible in the event that you need to cancel your appointment.
48 hours notice for cancellations is required – less than 48 hours notice will be charged at £50 or 50% of order, whichever is the greater.
In the unlikely event that your appointment has to be delayed or cancelled by us, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We will not be held liable for any consequential losses resulting from such delay or cancellation.
BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS
If you have an undercover area or suitable garage, we can still valet your vehicle. If this is not the case we will contact you by phone to confirm cancellation and to reschedule a more suitable appointment if required.
CONTENTS OF YOUR VEHICLE AND YOU’RE BOOKING
If you have booked a service, please remove all your personal belongings, or put them in a bag away from the vehicle prior to arrival
**please note – All remaining Items will be considered disposable rubbish and removed. It will be your responsibility to ensure you have removed any important items you wish to keep, we will not be held responsible**
Child seats must be refitted by you, we will NOT be able to re-fit child seats under any circumstances.
We have full liability Insurance cover up to £1,000,000.
We will not be held responsible for any damage to your vehicle arising from ill fitting trim, loose or faulty parts, door mirrors held on with tape, etc. please ensure you make us aware of any potential problems or damage before we start the valet.

Payment is due on completion. Payment can be made by cash or debit/credit card.
